We say letters ... few that matters !
We worry ... say we're sorry !
We regret ... try to forget !
We shiver ... to promise and deliver !
But ...
What matters is the day !
When you will stand there and say !
I've seen, I've thought, I've pointed and sought !
I've won, I've reached, I've learned and preached ...
That day you thank !
Not the money in the bank !
You praise the lord and yourself !
And the books, your beloved ones left on the shelf !
You say I'm here now, what's next !
I've started the sentence, And will finish the text !
As life carries on ... And our names alive
There'll still be dawn ... And spirits survive
Mankind should get ... from someone they haven't met !
A trace of mine ... After me it'll shine !
I've lived to mean ... not just for Divine ...
